A gateway to the Fermanagh Lakes, situated six miles short of the Fermanagh border in the Clogher Valley, but what’s a few miles when we’re talking about an area of such remarkable scenic beauty in this western region of Northern Ireland?

Situated 400 yards off the main A4, between Clogher and Fivemiletown it makes a welcome respite for a weary camper, caravanner on route to the heart of the Lakeland.

The Somerville family put particular emphasis on welcoming the unexpected tourers who turn up at their park.

Set in 18 acres of parkland, it abounds in tree varieties that provide an amazing array of changing colours in autumn. The woodlands also conceal an assortment of wildlife including squirrels, deer, ducks and other wildbirds.

From 1994 we have had touring vans sited among the trees on hard-standing pitches.

There are night lights placed around the park and a water stand in the parking area. One amenity block houses showers, toilets and laundry facilities. There is also a recreation room with pool table, darts, T.V. set and video machines. This unit sits on a timbered log base, a theme that is to be extended beyond the front of the building to give a total timbered appearance.
