Description: Longnor Wood Holiday Park is a small select park “just for adults”. A warm welcome awaits all our visitors who will find peace and tranquility. We are located in the heart of the Peak National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with unspoilt, dramatic rolling countryside and charming villages.
The park is quiet, secluded and hidden from any road. We are surrounded by woodland belonging to the Peak National Park and farmland and are perfectly situated for many lovely country walks.
The village of Longnor, where Peak Practise was filmed, is 1¼ miles away offering a wide selection of public houses, restaurants, craft centre, general store, post office and chip shop.
The old cobbled square is the starting point of many lovely walks, making Longnor Wood Holiday Park a perfect location for a holiday in Derbyshire.
We have 47 touring pitches for caravans, motorhomes or tents, as well as 3 holiday homes and 3 lodges available for hire
We have two 28\' x 10\' Atlas Mirage holiday caravans available for hire. Each is set in the lee of the wood and one of the caravans is dog friendly.
Each caravan has two bedrooms – one double and one single, a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, cooker and fridge, a bathroom with a shower, a lounge/dining area and small external decking area. A tv and dvd player are provided (but you will need to bring your own dvd\'s).

To ensure our holiday homes are kept in excellent condition we do not allow smoking in our caravans.
Bedding is provided for the double bed and the bed is made prior to your arrival. All you need to bring are towels and tea towels.
DOG FRIENDLY CARAVAN: We allow up to a maximum of two well behaved dogs in our dog friendly caravan. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the park but there is a large 4 acre field (the views from this field are fantastic) where they can be properly exercised. Please do not leave your dog(s) in the caravan alone.
On site there is a small utility room containing a washing machine, tumble dryer (both coin operated), spin dryer and iron. There is also a small shop.
All lodges are set in a sheltered position in the lee of the wood. Each lodge sleeps up to a maximum of 4 adults in two double bedrooms each with a king-sized bed for added comfort. The master bedroom has walk-in wardrobe and shower room en-suite. The second bedroom has beautiful built in wardrobes and the beds can be changed to twin beds upon request.
The lounge with separate dining area features a 32\" flat screen tv with freeview and dvd player (you will need to bring your own dvd\'s to watch) a cd radio player and flame effect fire. The beautifully fitted kitchen contains a fridge, separate freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave.
