Description: Situated only 3 miles south of Hereford city, it has outstanding views over looking Dinedor, Hay Bluff and the Black Mountains. Ideal for lovely walks and cycle rides. This is a site for those people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ridge Hill is a certificated site with the Camping and Caravan Club for 5 members, non - members welcome. There's no charge for awnings and toilet tents.
Location: From Hereford city centre head south A49 Ross. At traffic lights turn left for Rotherwas, Holme Lacy B4399 (opposite is the Broadleys public house ). At small roundabout take third exit signposted Dinedor, Little Dewchurch. Under railway bridge, follow road to Green Crize. Pass under row of oak trees. SLOW DOWN. Turn right signposted Ridge Hill, Twyford Common. At junction with telephone box turn right. Carry on up hill until first turning on right, campsite entrance on left.
