Description:
Small, peaceful touring caravan park with views and gardens. The old school toilet block provides wash basins and shower room etc. The grass is kept short and there are five hard standing pitches along with eight electric hook-ups. Sit in your caravan and watch the buzzards and birds.
The area is quiet for driving and the coastal and hill views are stunning. Beaches and interesting nine hole golf links (discounted golf fees available) along with gardens and loch fishing in Gavin Maxwells family area, on our doorstep. Monreith Animal World is adjacent to the site and has horses, donkeys, otters, rabbits etc. Why not take a day trip to Ireland from Stranraer. Also the Southern Upland Walkway for Scotland starts at Portpatrick. For cyclists, Galloway Forests are nearby in Newton Stewart.

From Newton Stewart take the A714 and follow signs to Port William. At Port William, turn left onto the A747 to Monreith. Half a mile up hill is Knock School, Golf Course and Beaches
